Borel’s new gym and classroom project is one of eight projects to be done as a result of the voters’ approval of Measure X to provide bond funding for the projects. Last year, an Educational Specifications Committee comprised of Borel staff and parents worked with the architect for the Borel project and District staff to identify what was desired in a new gym and classrooms and to consider comparative advantages of different site locations and configurations.
