The Cross Country season runs from September to October. Below is Fall 2015 Cross Country schedule:
Remember: in order to qualify for the ADAL final meet, runners must participate in at least 2 meets.
Practices will be held every Monday and Thursday until the season begins. Practices begin at 3:15 in the weight room and will end approximately around 4:15. In order to participate, student athletes must have an after school consent form signed by a parent or guardian and a field trip form signed by a parent or guardian. On Thursdays, students and coaches run off campus and student athlete will need the field trip turned in in order to participate in the off campus activities.
