Purpose: Provide multiple opportunities for families of students who are struggling academically  to connect with their child’s teachers and learn specific strategies for support their child at school and at home

After initial outreach to specific families,  we will open sign up to all those interested in connecting on November 4th. If your child is already doing well in their classes you can  always connect with their teachers through schoolloop email just as effectively as through a face-to face meeting.

Sign Up Genius Details and What to Bring When Coming to Campus: Before signing up, ask your child to provide you with a list of their teachers. Then, scroll through the sign up pages to find your teacher's conference sign up page. You may also use Ctrl F to search for a teacher's page. Find a date/time slot that works for you, check the box next to the time you want, and then click on the "Submit and sign up" button at the bottom of the page. You should receive a confirmation email if you signed up correctly. Make sure to sign up for different time slots with each teacher. Please read carefully to make sure you are signing up with the correct teacher.

Tuesday conferences are all virtual. Families will stream in at home. If you do not have a hotspot, please let our office know immediately so we can get you one. Wednesday and Thursday conferences are a mix of in-person and virtual meetings.

If you have a mix of virtual and in-person conferences at school on Wednesday or Thursday, bring your child's Chromebook, headphones with a microphone and proof of your vaccination card in case you want to use our library to stream into the conference. You can bring the computer to the library where you can sit down and access Google Meet links for virtual meetings. For virtual conferences, parents should know their students' Google username and password. This information will help you access the teacher's Google Meet link located on your child's Google Classroom. Please ask your student to help you. We encourage you to bring your students to the conferences. If you need a computer or assistance we will have that available. We will also have tables set up outside of the library for families to use if needed too. Thank you!

If you have any questions or need help, please contact our office. We look forward to partnering with you to support our students! Thank you!
