DELAC

Know Your Rights - Red Cards

Families, have you heard about the Red Card?

Red Card (developed by the Immigration Legal Resource Center) can help in asserting rights.

During this presentation, centered around supporting our immigrant youth and families, families will gain insight into the purpose and use of the Red Card, empowering them to feel more secure and informed about their legal rights. Additionally, families will receive copies of the Red Card and have the opportunity to learn how to be proactive in protecting their rights and the rights of their loved ones, prepare for unexpected circumstances, and know who to reach out to in times of need.

We look forward to continuing to build a stronger community with you all.

Immigrant Resources shared during February 2025 DELAC Meeting:

For reliable information on legal rights, family support services, and access to legal assistance, CALSA encourages families to visit the California Courts Self-Help Immigration Resource Guide.
