Afterschool Sports

1. If a player does not attend school that day, he/she cannot participate in a game that day.
2. If a player that participates in a game is discovered to have COVID-19 within 2 days after the game, the AD of the home team must notify the other AD of the opposing team so they can implement their school's COVID-19 protocols.
3. In all instances for COVID-19 positive tests or close contact notifications, the default will be the individual school's district protocols.
4. If not specified by the affected individual's school, if a player comes in close contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, but are asymptomatic, the players will not need to quarantine but will be required to show 2 negative tests.
5. If a team is reduced in size affected by COVID-19 they will still play the game if the minimum number of players are available.  If not, the team's AD will make a best effort to reschedule the game. 
6. If a team cannot play a full season of games due to COVID-19 restrictions, and it affects playoff eligibility, the league will vote together to determine playoff positioning with the current standings or, if necessary, extend the season and cancel/shorten the playoff schedule. 

There is no attendance limit for outdoor games.  Masks are not required but are highly encouraged for participants, coaches, referees, scorekeepers and fans as is social distancing.

1. Up to 2 parents/guardians per player and their supervised siblings are allowed at games.  No students or other fans will be allowed to attend.
2. Also allowed to attend games are 1 head coach & 1 assistant coach per team, game officials, 2 line judges (volleyball), 1 scorekeeper and 1 scoreboard operator.
3. Athletic Directors will be monitoring the amount of people in attendance.  They will have the right to refuse entry and determine any exceptions depending on the situation.
4. Masks are required to be worn at all times while indoors.  This rule applies to all attendees. 
5. If a person in attendance refuses to wear a mask after being reminded by the Athletic Director, the AD can stop the game and expel the person from the gym.  If the offending person refuses to leave, the team related to the offending person will forfeit the game. 
6. All doors must stay open during games in order to increase air flow into the gym.  If fans are available, they will be turned on to help increase air circulation.  Fans cannot be requested to be turned off.
7. Teams arriving early to play upcoming games will need to wait and warm-up outside the gym.   If time allows before games, both teams may warm-up inside.
