Cross Country

Cross Country Schedule

The Cross Country season runs from September to October. 

Cross Country Informational Meeting: Thursday August 26 Borel Weight Room 3:15pm

Cross Country will have practices on Mondays and Thursdays, from 3:15 to 4:15 PM.

The first practice will be on Monday, August 30.

 

Please bring the following:

- Sports clearance form (You can't run with us until you bring in this form.) The form is available online, in the office, and in PE. (Ask your PE teacher.)

- Wear clothes for running outside (A shirt and shorts are a good start)

- Wear running shoes (no flipflops or high heels)

 

By 3:15 PM, all runners need to be dressed for running, have filled water bottles, and have dropped off their belongings in room 23. 

 

Warm-up starts at 3:15 on the blacktop.

 

If you did not attend the informational meeting, you may still join the team. Come to practice with the sports form!
